Offline Unlock of Achievements wont give me rewards?

So while playing offline, I unlocked the Necronomicon. I didn't get the achievement for it, but it's in my unlocks. I cannot get the item's for Team Fortress 2, nor borderlands 2. What are my options here?

    You could try deleting your data and starting over. Not ideal, but it should work.

    I have this issue too.

    I don't want to delete my saves, I have 700k+ in earnings, I wan to go for the 1kk!
