The Walking Dead on Android

Why the game developers did not want to release the game on android? I think it would have had the same success as on other platforms, as fans of the game very much. I myself went a couple of times the game on PC, but sometimes I would like to play anywhere on the road, in the car, plane, train and so on. After all, the game was released on IOS, is it so hard to remake a adnroid? I believe that all costs will be repaid as users with Android device very much.
