How many days does Season 1 have?

edited June 2013 in The Walking Dead
So with the new 400 days episode coming out, got wondering just how long did season 1 take?

First off how long was Lee in the crashed cop car? He told Hershel that Clem had nothing but the dead to keep her company for a few days. Clem mentioned that she heard the babysitter scream a few nights ago didn't she?

Episode 1 spent one day on the farm, and one day at the drug store then motel so that's 2 days.

Episode 2 is 3 months later so add either 90-93 days. Episode only takes 1 day at the farm.

Episode 3 is one week after 2 from what I recall Kenny or Lee mentioning since taking the supplies from the car, but might need a direct source for this. They spent the night on the road and was day during the train scenes up until they got Christa and Omid. At the very end it looks like the sun is rising over the city if I recall correctly so its possible they spent the night in the train.

Episode 4 is still day until the raid on Crawford which lasts through the night. Lee falls asleep after for an unknown time but is still light out so probably a few hours.

Episode 5 takes place all in one day. Sun is still rising from the roof of the hospital. When Lee finally gets Clem its night.

The credits scene could be anytime after but probably safe to say Lee died that previous night.

So for my count, Lee died on the night of day 106ish, maybe more depending on the time between Episode 2-3. Sound about right to you guys?

Season One takes place over about four months I believe (three of them were skipped time between episode 1 and 2, and the rest is little blips of time skipped between 2, 3, 4, and the multiple days of time taken in episode 1).

Anyway 400 days it's more then year! It's can meant that we will never see Clem again, because 400 it's a very long time, she's probably already dead :(
I don't like idea of skip so much time. Every day something happens in ZA world, episode 5 was in one day, even less.

Jake, that's one of the things I never really figured out. We can pretty much pinpoint the start of the game in March, since Carley said she was in Macon to cover the International Cherry Blossom Festival (which takes place annually in March).

But by episode 2, the forest itself looks like autumn weather with all the leaves falling, and by episode 3, the group was already seriously worried about supplies for the winter.

I know the story suggests the game took place in about four months, but based on the above observations, it seems more logical that the group was at least stuck in Macon for half a year.

Well if Season 1 ends around 120 days, it's not entirely impossible to see Clem, Omid, or Christa again. One of the character stories is day 184, closest date to the end of Season 1. Also there is day 41 which should be between Episode 1 and 2. So I would not be surprised if we seen another familiar person or people other then the cancer patients.

Edit: I mean can you imagine how epic it would be if we came across Kenny, or Mark again while they're out looking for food? I would loose my shit if I seen one of them again!

I did a post on this somewhere back on this forum and I came up with around 110 Days give or take a few.

I believe Lee was in a coma for atleast two days, like Rick was. but Lee's was alot shorter, with the evidence from Clem and everything, though it's possible this stuff could happen without many people noticing, it's pretty obvious Episode one covered atleast three days.

I'm guessing we'll atleast see a cameo of Clem sometime in the episode, but this is five different survivor's. Doesn't mean they all stick together, one story could end with two of them seeing Clem in the field and finally meeting up with Omid and Christa.

While the other stories split off into the other 400 days.
Leaving the survivors who met Clem for Season 2, so you can start off fresh again, while season 2 jumps around the survivors who split off and the one with Clem and the group.
