"survival instinct" is a different TWD game, but since you are talking about episodes I assume you actually mean the game by Telltale Games.

If so, pease follow the instructions to run the Support Tool and attach the resulting "support_data_pc.zip" to your next reply in this thread.

    Is this a company/school notebook?
It looks so, because your My Documents folder appears to be on a Network drive ( \\Ustorage2\Student Data\... ).

What's more important, your installation of the game is incomplete. Episodes 3, 4 and 5 are not installed completely, which seems to be cause the problem.

Is it possible that the game ran out of space on the Network drive during installation (i.e. you exceeded the quota granted to your user account)?

If you answer my questions i can try.
    Is it your personal notebook?
Can you install software to a different drive, e.g. c: or d:?

Okay, then i suggest you make a backup copy of the savegame folder
    \\Ustorage2\Student Data\Students\Eisha-Mae.Medina\My Documents\Telltale Games\The Walking Dead

Then uninstall the game, and the reinstall it to c: or d:.
