Episodes 2-5 bought on iPad but they DON'T work!

Having quite a lot of issues with TWD on my iPad. I have played and completed Ep. 1 with no problems but moving ahead with the game is proving to be a nightmare.
Yesterday I bought Ep. 2 on its own but it made the whole system crash. I had to give up and delete everything from my iPad in the end... Well, I've bought and re-completed Ep. 1 today and thought that buying the pack for Eps. 2-5 could be a good way to solve the problem I had yesterday. How stupid of me! When I click 'Get' the system starts working but after a minute or so I always get a message that tells me I lost my connection and that the download cannot be completed. This is utterly ridiculous since my internet connection is working perfectly. Well, I must say I'm pretty annoyed! I love the game and just wish to keep on playing it but this is driving me nuts. Any help, Telltale? Please?
