Do you think that shooting sound in drug store is about 400 Days?

When you fight the walker who is trying to eat Clem and then Carly shot him there is a walkers sound and after that there is a shooting sound and Lily(Or another one) guess that sound is for military.
Do you think this sound is about 400 Days story ? Because Telltale said 400D needs ep1 saves...

    Needs Episode One save because that is considered the game, the other episodes are basically DLC.

    There is also gun shots and screaming at the end of the episode, this might come into play as well.
