well, I just remembered that when you look at the toilet in the in mama-bosco's store, you can see for a sec or 2 sam's face through the toilet water.
did I miss a joke or something?
I tried most items with it, but nothing worked. >,>

    The toilet is taunting Sam because he is holding it all in during a case.

    I still think he wants to drink the water. Remember, Max referred to Sam using the fire hydrant to answer nature's calls, so what else would he need a toilet for?

    I thought it might be the devil staring up at him from hell, which would be nice foreshadowing to 205.

    I'm still pretty sure it's about Sam's vaguely-alluded-to fear of public restrooms.

    Sam's dog instincts still exists?

    Does that mean Max will start eating carrots, live in a hole and say "what's up doc?" and become a really really tired old character? I used to have bunnies like that in my backyard.

    though th fear can also have something to do with it...
