game freezes when it starts

Hello,

I have the walking dead on mac (bought on the telltale store), played it and finished it some months ago. Although I remember I have to wait for long seconds before the game starts, now it just freezes.
It started it again, wanting to download and play 400 days but so far it's impossible.
The app starts normally with the first screens then comes the main title, then "connexion" appears, I click and it's over, the game freezes although the sounds is still working. I let it for long minutes without any change and needed to force quitting.

Do you have any idea or solution to fix it, i really would like to play again and 400 days as well.

Same here for me on a Windows Vista 64bits PC. I installed the game and downloaded the DLC. Also, I got all the episodes through the python script in the support forum. But now, I cannot stard the game (the process takes about 200MB of memory and cpu usage is 1-2%).

I can't start the game either. When I hit "click to continue", it freezes after it says connecting. I bought season 1 off the telltale store, but had to download it through steam. This time, I re-downloaded it through telltale and replaced the files, but kept the saves. Running on Windows 7 64bit

Delete episodes 2-5 and it finally accepted to start, after a 10s pause when it was "freezing". Maybe I only had to be patient ? I don't know...

Also, I noticed that my system hard drive was low on free disk space. Deleting episodes 2-5 obviously freed some.

I also have this problem. I have uninstalled and deleted everything and the game always freezes just after the connecting screen.
