Was 400 Days a ruse?

edited July 2013 in The Walking Dead
I am making this thread to help others understand the time gap issue with 400 days and season 1. For those of you who remember in the first season: The game took place over a span of 3-4 months, which should be equal to about 120 days, give or take. Now 400 days takes place, obviously, within 400 days of the apocalypse, which makes it little over a year. Sorry to disappoint you Clementine fans, but I'm guessing we will not see Clementine for a while. IF two of the five survivors saw clementine when she left Savannah, it most likely means she has ended up dead or in the care of someone else. Now, we do not know the exact time it took for Clementine to get out of Savannah, but it surely wouldn't take over 300 days to do so.

Regardless of the time frame, it doesn't mean we will or won't see Clementine for a while. Frankly, I don't think the see how the DLC being within 400 days would affect Clementine being in a future game.

Shel's storyline takes place after Lee's, where she is in the camp founded by the cancer patients in episode 4. Between episode and 400 days, she could have saw the two survivors (they could be anybody) and ended up in the settlement area or anywhere else. I think season 2 would clear up Moore loose ends, possibly who the two survivors are - they could possible be two Settlement recruiters.
