Is there a way to tell the group of your past if you saved Doug?

If you choose Carly, she can coax you into going to group members and revealing your past, but I never got the option for anyone with Doug around. Is it possible?

    U cant say anything about your past if you saved doug,carley & larry were the only people who knew,carley can convince you to do that in ep 3,but if you chose doug and as we all know in ep3 larry is alredy dead - there is no way to reveal your past to the group.

    however when lilly says "im a killer? u had lee with you this whole time !" u can talk with kenny about your past while driving the train
