No 400 Days in Oz?

Hello forumilites! [for lack of a more appropriate word?]

Just bringing to light [which may be resolved by tomorrow afternoon... but considering the way the oz classification/review board has been acting lately... I digress] that for reasons yet unknown to me [what a shock!] it appears that the new TWD: 400 Days I've been itching to play since its announcement isn't available to us aussies [yet?].

To verify that this isn't a misinformation/troll thread, I've included some screencaps. Also, apologies for the size. D:

Now given that Telltale used the term "Worldwide", I'm inclined to believe that included Australia as well. Sooo... is Australia just late to the party [as is usually the case with anything game related] or should I invest in a squeeze ball in grim anticipation that an article will pop up in the next 2-3 weeks explaining why Australia finally got the full TWD season 1 available for purchase and yet managed to miss out on the in-betweener 'cuz raisinz' ?

Once again, sorry about size of the screen caps. D:

Australia is always getting screwed over in gaming, it's not Telltale's fault.

Yeah,I heard Aussie isn't getting Saints Row IV either. They're being really dicky about games being approved.

I am really sorry you can not get Saints Row 4 or State of Decay, I do not get it if they made the whole m 18 rating, why keep denying games?

aussies are getting screwed with games at the moment first mortal kombat 2011 reboot then they past a 18 only rateing witch only came into force in januray and yet they still banned staints row 4 and state of decay the aussie gamming rateings are a big fat joke almost forgot grand theift auto 5 might aswell banned that as well

But they did not bane GTA4? If they do not ban GTA5 then I am going to say SR4 and State of Decay were just used as examples.

Australia are trying to calm down the violence on TV and Games, but aren't totally succeeding at it.

Unfortunately Australia has had some of the worse crimes on this planet in terms of murders, and I don't think they wan't to take any chances with content from games.

Germany is just as bad, blood has to be green and people have to be zombies.

And there can never be anything Nazi like at all, if they are wearing German World War 2 uniforms or there is a flag that game is not coming or prepare for a lot of censoring.

Hey DustyX and fellow Aussies! 400 Days should definitely be available on XBLA for you right now. Here's the link.

The 400 Days DLC comes out on PSN in Australia at the same time as Europe, Wednesday 10th July.

I live in Australia and I'd disagree that "Australia has had some of the worst crimes on this planet in terms of murder"... In fact I'd go so far as to say that what you're saying is nonsense...

Saints row IV wasn't banned because of violence and nor was state of decay. You should actually research these things before making wildly inaccurate statements :-)

I know that is crap, honestly I live in the US and they have some pretty bad murder rates, Saints Row 4 and State of Decay were banned for drug and some anal gun, I am not sure if it is right since that whole 18 plus rating but that is what it was, I still think the banning State of Decay for quote, using drugs as a reward is just plan dumb.

I am talking about in all time, not recently.

And Australia has had an amazing amount of weird murderers.

    For example

    John Bunting
    Ivan Milat
    John/Sarah Makin
    Caroline Grills
    Eric Cooke
    Arnold Sodeman
    John Wayne Glover
    Martha Rendell
    Worrel and Miller
    Peter Dupas
    Leonard Fraser

I could go on, but check up and see your countries unfortunate Serial Killer problem over the years.
