The Sam and max phone problem

I love the sam and max seasons to death even more than hit the road but theres one thing i wish they change.

I wish they'd bring back the fighting for phone call of case tradition in sam and max. It doesn't seem they ever fight for it anymore or at least not in the sam way of hit the road, cartoon, comics etc.

It isn't a big deal but it is something i miss. :(

    True, probably it was too difficult to animate?

    But I loved the face of Max in 104 when Sam says the commissioner is in the phone...

    I think they fight once in season one... and in the trailer for season one, though that probably doesn't count :P

    oh how very true, actualy they don't fight anymore because they're always
    at the north pole or Easter Island or Germany or a Space Ship or hell
    they haven't really had enough time to even answer the phone let alone fight for it

    Yeah, to be fair, the latest episodes haven't really had conventional starts :P

    In season 1 they did contest for the phone, but now theyye all grown up and co-operative *sniff*

    The problem is the commissioner doesn't call them anymore.

    to be honest, i found the phone-fights in season 1 to be a bit of a disappointment. but yea, i do miss them quite a bit. (also, they didn't even fight when the phone rang on E's 1, 5, 6, or the start of 4)
