Storage device lost glitch

edited July 2013 in The Walking Dead
So I just bought TWD: 400 days a few hours ago(on XBOX) and when I got to russels story I was at the gas station part and it stopped and said storage device lost. And every time I have to rewind the whole mission and when I get back to that part it says it again.
All my saves are fine but I can't continue the story. Nothing is wrong with my hard drive and none of the saves are corrupt.
HELP please

I had this problem on Episode 5, only thing I could do to fix it was delete my save from storage device and start all over again.

    Just for that episode?

Help anyone? Just want to play the rest of this episode.

No your whole save (all the episodes) from your hard drive in the settings on Dashboard. It sucks but it looks like its the only known 'fix'. You could try deleting 400 Days then redownloading and things like that but it didn't work for me for Episode 5, but it's worth a shot.

Well deleting the 400 days DLC and reinstalling it wouldn't work. Guess I have to start again. Thanks for trying to help though man. Wish telltale would do something about this.

WTF. Now it's doing it at the same spot with my other save. TELLTALE needs to do something about this.

I had this problem too on xbox and the only way i found to fix it was to play using the cloud as my storage device (for the saves).

I know its not a perfect solution but hopefully it lets you finish the episode

I've had this problem for nearly a year. Only on this game. Evidently it's the game, not my hardware. It's crazy that Telltale are just ignoring us.
