Nate. His insanity was really interesting, because one minute he's letting a walker claw at Russell just so he can rate it, and the next, he actively saves Russell's life during a firefight. He's probably the only reason Russell survived. The next moment, he is asking Russell if they should murder an old couple in cold blood and take their stuff, even though they were just defending themselves. The look on his face when Russell says that they can't be friends anymore is also great, because he truly thought that they were friends.

Yup, that guy's a complete wrecking ball. Nate is personally one of my favorite characters in the video game. But as for the DLC, I'm torn between Eddie and Nate. Eddie cuz he's damn hilarious and Nate cuz he's interestingly crazy and reckless. I also like Stephanie, though. She reminded me of Carley and I believe she had the same voice actor.
Added a poll. Vote your favorite and explain. Also added an "other" section in case you like some of the very minor characters like the old couple from Russell's story
I think they played Eddie really well. He's a super paranoid, self-involved slacker, and all of his faults are shown off really humorously. It's entertaining to hear him gab on and on about the circus and then, after a pause:
"he peed on her dad."

Pretty great.
P.S.: I can't stand Nate. What an annoying character. If he shows up in later episodes, I hope they humanize him a bit, because I couldn't wait to get away from him, the skeevy lech.
I vote for Boyd. He's an interesting old man. I wouldn't mind him in my group if I was in the zombie apocalypse, although I'd make sure he wasn't anywhere near the leadership role.
Plus he was the one who told me the bastard Vernon got what was coming to him, and wasn't the innocent man some people thought he was.

I'd love it if in season 2 we are walking down a road when we find Nate with a bullet in his head holding tightly onto a backpack that has the name "Russell" on it.

Yeah, Boyd would go in "The Cancer Survivors" section. He was very interesting to me in the cancer group too. He seemed the most sympathetic for Lee's group and his morals were in the right place, he was just with the wrong people.
Also did anyone notice that the voice of Boyd was the voice of the cop at the very beginning of Episode 1, driving Lee to jail?

Lol that'd be funny, but even though Nate's a bad guy, he has the potential to be a great character
Eddie, because he is just funny as hell,I can understand why he would leave Wyatt if you left the car,as Wyatt has to if you stay in the car and we know why.

^This. Nate was epic, in an insane person sort of way. I really liked his character and I hope to see him in season 2 maybe he will maybe be won't. I haven't liked a character this much since.... Kenny *sighs deeply*
Nate first but then Boyd im happy I chosen the option where he lives! Hopefully they both lived. WHY WOULD RUSSEL LEAVE NATE (My play through I sided with Nate and stayed with him)
Eddie plainly because of the humor.
But I'd still choose the survivors of Vernon's group, simply because we already saw them before, and Boyd/Joyce further explain what happened with Vernon, and in fact turned out to be good characters in terms of the boat thing.
But Eddie still shares the 1st place with them. :P
Higgsboson, you know that mister White collar has the same voice as good all Ben Paul, your know your other favorite character, unless you share the same name of someone else that loved Ben in which sorry for messing it up.
I thought Eddie and both of the chain gang had a lot of humorous things to say.
Nate was an interesting antagonist with his ever-shifting dementia.
I did like Becca playing off of Shel as well, for what little there was. The relationship has some harsher elements than Lee and Clem's, but I'm glad it was something new.
I was actually hoping that Leland would stick around longer too with the way his apparent importance to Bonnie was set up, but I guess the plot needed him elsewhere.

Seems to me he was just a normal person who just lost his shit in the face of the ZA.

Yes. Eddie is beast, behind Nate of course
But actually, I was a big fan of "Mr. White Collar"

" you really wanna pull that trigger again son? "

These are side characters. There's another thread about favorite MAIN characters
