If Lilly and Roman would meet would they become friends , enemies or a couple ?

    Enemies.

    Roman is a leader, albeit one with his own methods, Lilly was a wannabe leader who didn't really manage it.

    Also if Roman was in the meat locker doubt he'd have even asked Lee - just dumpted that salt lick on Larry's head.

    I don't know since Lilly was the Governor's Second-in-Command in the comics. Her character as 2nd in command was replaced by Meryl in the tv series
