Tried to live by them but had to replay my first game a few times because of save glitches and the only choice I regretted was not killing the Stranger so I did that in my first 'canon' playthrough. I'm sticking with my 400 Days playthrough for Season 2.
Only rewinded in 400 Days. I did it because my first play through I got only Bonnie to come with Tavia and I thought it'd be boring with one person so my second play through Russell and Wyatt came along with Bonnie
The first and second time I played it, I got everyone and then only Bonnie. I decided that might not be as interesting, so I rewound both, and left only Russell in the first and brought Shel with me for the second. Considerng whether to replay Tavia's bit for a third time to get Russell back though.

Yeah, you should try to get Russell, I feel he'll be an important character in Season 2. Just hope he doesn't pull a Ben on us

Honestly that's the main reason I left him behind. Especially since I doubt TWD would be nice enough to have his family there, and that's the only reason he's there.

Yeah, I mean he seems like a smart kid, through, always keeps moving, doesn't trust strangers and travels light. His morals are also in the right place. Imagine if Ben was with Nate? When he asked him if they should kill the old couple, Ben would've stood there and mumbled like a squirming idiot, while Russell knew it wasn't right for Nate to kill them

Hehe, not in my second save. Definitely not taking him to Tavia's community in THAT one.
I live by them, but so wanted to rewind because in Vince game, I wanted to shoot Danny, (it was his idea to shoot the chains), but click on the window near Justin thinking it was a n option to shoot the window. Once I noticed that I picked Justin, I couldn't go back to the previous screen, so I had to shoot.
Because I live through my playthroughs, I want to get another TWD game because my other save slots are taken by my brothers - I have the stream. Version.
I never ever ever rewind my original save. It's all my gut feelings from the start and it's turned out to be my favorite save.
Then I use the other saves to mess around and do everything else. You might as well not play a game like this if you aren't gonna have a gut feeling save so you can see where your morals really lie.
I regret sparing Roberto, lying to Leland and being forced to leave Eddie behind, but those are the choices I made and I'm gonna stick with em. (My other choices were shooting Danny's leg, standing up to Nate and leaving him, and leaving in the RV.)
I try to stick with my season 1 choices, but I may be more malleable with 400 Days, considering the short segments and small amount of info given on some of the choices.

Haha yeah, I noticed some of the choices in 400 days went by too quick, thankfully I'm a fast reader
