Are we sooooo sure that nate did shoot em?

I mean.... We SAW the blood spots, but.. We didn't actually see the old man die(maybe i just missed it) but when in shel's story, You can see the old lady as a watchdog, but she still(from what I can see) only got the shot that was already on her when they found her! And why isen't the old man there to, in that case?:confused::confused:

Sorry if someone already posted this:)

In some cases, you can see the old man as a watchdog too. It might be when you don't leave Nate, because that's what I did differently in that playthrough. Either way, two shots to kill them.

I thi the old man becomes a watchdog if you play Nate's game before Shel's and choose to be with Nate.

The old man appears in the credits dead in the exact same place he was sitting in with his wife dead on the ground even if you left Nate.

I'm pretty sure no matter what in Shel's story if you click on the blood she mentions that "This is where Roman found the old couple."

I suppose it is possible that once Russell leaves Nate shoots the woman, and then the old man shots him with his rifle. Unlikely but possible. Either way though the old man died. Probably by suicide since he is only a "guard dog" if you stay and watch Nate shot em. Meaning either the old man shots himself in the head, or Nate does when no one watches.

Nate probably shoots the man in the head if no one is watching out of anger
