You can't kill the one you cut his feet?

Something like +newgame that i don't know of?

It might be a waste of a shell but leaving him there is like run over puppies with a truck.

I don't think there was time to have an emotional moment since the bus was getting overrun with walkers. :P

I'm not asking for a "good bye friend of friends", just a clean pint blank shoot.

I THINK he/she is referring to leaving Danny/Justin on the bus without doing the "merciful" thing of killing them. Good point. It would have been a good ending if Vince stands at the end of the bus like he did and looks back for a few seconds then you have the choice to shoot whichever one you left or to run (like he did.)

Remember what Lee said? "In the heat of moment, there is no choice." You shoot off the guys foot, and then you just to run.

There was two options back there, and Vince don't seem to be the kind of guy Kenny is. He proved to be cold blooded and relentless.

If you're just asking for the simple decision to mindlessly shoot him instead of an emotional moment where you put him out of his misery from the walkers..what's the point? You already cut off his leg, no need to be an ass and just shoot him for the hell of it.

Vince proved to be a mercenary(a manner of speak not that he is a soldier of fortune). Why wouldn't he kill the guy instead of leaving him bleed and probably eaten alive?
