Imagine, we go to Tavia's Comunity up north, and at some point who do they get a Visit from?.....NEGAN!! That would be epic, The first Time you meet Him he does what he does in the Comics, randomly kills one of ya crew ( you somehow decide who ) to show he is in charge!! and then after that you never deal with him again as he sends his saviours to take stuff from you and you deal with them, after all its mentioned in the comics that there are a lot of other communitys around, and negan had his rule over a few of them, It would be an epic cameo!

About him randomly killing one of your gang, imagine if he did the " eneey meeny miney moe " thing that he did with Glenn, and the order that your crew is lined in when he does this is somehow decided by you before hand?? haha its not gunna happen but please vote on weather this would be an acceptable plot for season 2?

    Negan and the saviors are in Washington. The 400 days community is in or near Macon. Also Clementine is in Savannah.

    Not while the Saviours arc is still going on, there is a risk of inconsistencies. When this arc is over I think them appearing might work as long as we don't see Rick and the group (I think it's better that way) HOWEVER I still think it's getting a bit to close to the comic story and there are risks to do with canon and how people will expect Negan to be portrayed. They would have to be really cautious with casting for Negan and how he looks, acts, etc... as well as all the Saviours.

    Nah keep Negan in DC with Rick.
