Choices aren't carrying over...

This is the third time I've played though episode 1 only to see that Kenny is pissed at me for putting Duck in danger every time I start up episode 2.

The first time I just booted it up and played, and when I noticed something was wrong I turned here and got tip to run a script a helpful guy here had wrote. But the second time though the same thing happened again, so I deleted TWD from my computer and downloaded the client with all the episodes again in hope that that would do it… but nope.

I'm playing on a mac and bought it straight from TT. Am I beyond salvation or is there some a more badass kind of script I can run or something?
I also attached this thing like I did last time in case it's needed.

    It's pretty much the same as last time. The same script should work.
