Saves did not transfer?

I backed my ps3 up on an external hard drive and copied them over to my new ps3, but it seems the walking dead saves did not transfer. Are they copyrighted or something?

    I think they are copy protected. That why I backed the up the PS3 Online storage because of this reason.

    If you have an extra 49.99 then it worth it to get the PS Plus because you can back up your saves online and get free content too.

    i just got ps plus with my new white slim model but unfortunaley my saves were on my old harddrive that fried... and did not save with the rest of my saves on my external harddrive that i used to transfer over... so that kind of sucks... i wonder if i still got all those trophies from it too? not that it really matters, the saves is what i needed
