WalkingDead101.exe Trouble.

Hey, I recently bought this game through Steam a few hours ago. I installed it and started it to play and got the error message. I looked at the other thread to do with this and followed each step, although it still does not work. My system does meet the requirements, and I've done everything to try and fix the issue.... Help please?
