Bonnies story - question

I noticed that Bonnie was hiding/running through a corn field after she falls down that hill and gets seperated by her two friends.

Later in Shels story, someone mentions that they chased some people through the corn fields. Was that Bonnie and her group that they chased?

I understand that Bonnie got away (with or without the bag?) but later on she meets up with Shel and is in the small group camped around the fire when the forward scout meets them and asks them to go to the safe town. So am I right in guessing that there could potentially be a huge rift between Shel and Bonnie should they both realize who they really are (?) and wouldn't Bonnie have some kind of idea because Shel and her little sister have been openly talking about where they came from?

can anyone shed some light on this? I checked the walking dead wiki already before bothering you all with a post on this, but they didnt seem to mention it at all, if they did i'll settle for a link pointing me in the right direction.

    In the end, Shel was against Roman's group, too. It seemed to be only Stephanie and Roman in the cornfield, while Clive and Shel presumably defended the camp or something.

    I think Clive was in the cornfield, I know Boyd and Shel were not there.

    and thanks guys... I played the ep really quickly last night before heading off to night shift and had to look a few things up on the wiki to make sense of a few things.. missed a fair few obvious hints.
