Game starting without pictures

Hello,
When I start the games (Poker night 2 and The Walking Dead) I only got the sounds but without the pictures,
I got a good desktop computer: Intel i5 Core 3.20 GHz, Gtx 650 CD-Series Graphics Card 16Gb RAM and WIndows 7 64 bits
and all the drivers are up to date.
I already tried to verify integrity of game files and Re-download the game but I still have this problem.

I already contected the Steam Support but their guides didn't helped me :/

    That's unusual. Please post your dxdiag info.

    dxdiag
    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
    Windows 8: At the start screen, type in "dxdiag" and hit enter

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.
    Sometimes the Forums spam filter catches long posts like this. Don't worry, we can still see them and make them visible.

    The game is most likely starting in a resolution that your TV doesn't support. Please try switching the game to windowed mode by pressing Alt-Enter, and changing the resolution in the games settings.

    Have you tried setting the resolution to 1920 x 1080 in the games settings, and switching back to fullscreen?
