What happens to the pregnant woman?

The woman who was crying because the man says she can't keep her baby who said, "I don't want to have the procedure! I want to have my baby!".

    I don't think anyone knows,she probably killed a few of crawfords people and escaped or killed a few and then got killed by crawford people or by walkers.Maybe she survived and we'll see her in the community although i highly doubt it since thats far away.

    Well she fought her way out so there is a chance she survived...
    Then again she probably was killed by Crawford and even if she survived Crawford she wouldn't survive the horde...

    She was the one that brought down Crawford, I am going to guess she killed a lot of the members before getting killed herself, but we don't really know for sure.

    She could have opened a gate and let walkers in
