How can I contact Telltale Support??

I need a Product Code for Season 1 of the Walking Dead in order for me to put it on Steam and play. I have called their support line and left a message days ago and they have not responded. I also emailed them twice and have not responded at all and it has been about a week. Is there a way I can really get to them and speak to someone? I would really like to speak to them over the phone but all I get is the answering machine every time, do they not answer their phone calls? How can I get in touch with them easily and quick?

    I have the same problem. Emailed a week ago, got the automated response. Then nothing. How about a bit of actual customer service Telltale???
