Black Screen when starting episode 2

I get a black screen, the game doesn't progress at all. It gives me the option to rewind, but if I click "yes" or "no", the same thing happens.

I ran the support file.

    Please run this script to keep the prefs.prop in the savegame folder, and deactivate the one in the steam folder
