Season 2 to run alongside 400 days

edited August 2013 in The Walking Dead
As there is such a huge gap between the end of season 1 and 400 days and as Clem has been confirmed for season 2 I wonder whether they wont do a time jump.

I know its just DLC but it seems strange that there is such a huge gap between the final story at 236 days and the end 400 days.

I'm thinking that the season 2 cast will run into the cast of 400 days during the story and the situation will be different based on the choices you made. (ie who Vince is with or maybe they reach the gas station and Shel may or may not be among the people there. They probably wont join the group but will just appear

Does anyone agree or does this not make sense

I guess Im not to keen for such a huge time jump

A big jump in time wouldn't be unprecedented; two or three months had passed between episode 1 and 2 before we rejoined Lee's group. One possibility is that episode 6 could begin right where episode 5 left off, and then a similar leap in the narrative could occur before episode 7 begins, perhaps at Tavia's camp.

Has there been a poll on here about where the fans would want S2 to start? i see 400 as a seperate experience, and want S2 to start where S1 ended not 2 or 3 months later.

DLC Shouldnt really affect the s2 story if you ask me, DLC shouldnt be canon, forcing people to play it to understand the story, some cameos might be nice, but imho s2 should just continue with Clementine.

As long as 400 Days and its survivors are important in S2 and appear before episode 8, I'm okay with it.

Technically speaking, every episode except the first one are DLC, since you can skip them and have random choices picked for you.
