If you try to tell Lilly that you did it , she says that Lee couldn't do it because of Clementine .
Wouldn't Clem be the perfect reason for Lee to do it ? You know , for her protection and all , i mean we all know that Lee would do anything to keep Clem safe right ?
I kinda wish we could of tricked Lilly into thinking that Lee did it so than we can save Carley/Doug ( and Ben ) and when Lilly is about to aim at Lee , we dodge the bullet and grab her . Or if not , than Carley/Doug will push Lee out of the way and they get shot instead .

    Lilly and the rest didn't see the choice Ben made it as trying to protect the group they just saw it as helping the bandits (I thought that was odd personally the trade clearly stopped the bandits attacking). As such Lilly wouldn't suspect Lee or Kenny for that matter as they had there family to protect.

    Doug and Kat were just too nice people too be a suspect

    However Lilly just distrusted Carley for some reason (mainly as they argued before) and Ben was new to the group.

    Sure, but chances are Lee's luck with the theft of the supplies would have been just as bad as Ben's luck, especially if Clementine is involved. Most likely the bandits would have taken Clementine and used her as a bargaining chip, and may not even return her if Lee had done what he did.

    The bandits lied to Ben about taking his friend hostage, I doubt they'd be honest about returning Clementine.

    I don't think Lee would go that far if it means Clementine's life would be at risk, so in a sense, Lilly's right.

    Well they were right that the deal wasn't for the good of the group at least. Ben was doing it for his friend and not the others, after all.
