Everyone but Vince. I don't understand his reasoning though: "If I learned one thing from Danny is that we should stick together!" and then stay behind?! How does that make any sense?!? >:/
Got everybody but Shel on my first go. I was really hoping that the last choice wouldn't end her story as abruptly as it did though, so I'm debating whether I'll change it for season 2..

Kind of like how my hesitation to have Shel and Becca leave a stronghold equates to them wanting to stay out in the wilderness?

I never actually thought about it like that. "Staying in one place makes you an easy target." and then stay out in the complete open in a place that has no barriers or walls for you to take cover? Wow, that's some stupid reasoning.

I guess I can understand the idea behind wanting to keep moving, I just find it ironic that it's the result I got from being hesitant to leave a place of refuge.
Re-doing the choices just get "perfect" ending is pretty fucking stupid .
I'm all for sticking with the consequences of choices, but 400 Days was set up in a quicker and less developed way than season 1, where long running consequences are seen immediately and prospective choices I hoped to build on were abruptly cut off.
So yeah, I'm still debating about making an exception to be more malleable with it.

Vince
Bonnie
I felt sorry for the three guys back at the camp, all their tail is gone.

Russel was the last hold out, but he gave in when Tavia said he might run into people he knows there.
It will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Make it like what real life is. You can't undo what's been done.
Agreed. I don't favor replaying episodes for "favorable" results. You can't take back your actions IRL, so why do it in your first play-through.
Anyways ontopic: I got Bonnie and Shel. I took their wimminz.
On my second playthrough... Vince and Shel
Vince
Wyatt
Russel - Close shave though, another option and I would have lost both him and Wyatt
Shel stayed. And I tried so hard in her story for her not to end up alone... Irony I guess
Oh and some of those options are impossible... you can't get Russel and not Wyatt
