New Bug: Episode 3

When investigating the broken flashlight, the camera angle doesn't change as I turn the corner next to the glass. This stops me from clicking on the 'X' and progressing through the episode. I have tried rewinding and rounding the corner after various discussions to ensure it wan't some game mechanic.

I haven't found any other posts about this bug, so I am assuming its new. Any ideas about how to fix it? The game is wonderful and I'm so upset something as silly as a camera angle has ruined it for me.

    You tried picking up the glass and then rounding the corner, right?

    Yes. And picking up the glass before and after various discussions. Directly after the one with Lilly, after I ask everyone about the flashlight, and after I've completed all possible conversation options.
