Walking Dead influences in other Media?

You know there is always one or two characters that remind you of another from some other series. There's a ton for me in The Walking Dead.

Carley always reminded me of Robin from How I Met Your Mother, looks and personality wise. Both of the characters are very understanding people but are way too headstrong for their own good. Not to mention they are both news reporters.

Another one for me was the St. Johns. They are basically Paula Deen and her sons if they were cannibals. Southern accents and all

Wyatt is the Dude, Ben is Shaggy without the appetite, Danny is Gummer Pyle from Full Metal Jacket in a creepier and cannibalistic version (both have guns with a similar name: Charlene for Pyle and Charlotte for Danny), Justin is that guy from Wall Street. There are others I can't think of right now.

i definitely agree with wyatt as the Dude and Ben as Shaggy, and i sort of think Bobby from supernatural is like Kenny even though in that case it was watching supernatural after playing some the walking dead that made me think of the connection.

and i have done some drawings that show some of my scatter brain connections between other characters and the characters in the walking dead game, and some of those connections just take too much explaining
