TWD not loading at all.

I purchased TWD with the 400 Days DLC through the TellTale site and I cannot get it to open. I simply receive a black screen and then it ultimately crashes

I have run the support tool and you'll find the .zip file attached.

Please help! Thanks!

    The game silently downloads patches at startup. It should eventually continue after a while, depending on your connection speed. The game needs to have focus or be fullscreen.
