Show vs. Game Battle 5 Third of the season finale. Kenny vs. Deryl
You guys voted, and now the winner is revealed. This is one of the big ones, folks, hold on to your hats and get ready.
Kenny walked through Savahanna. He was tired, walkers everywhere, and not to mention he only barely escaped a horde. He was covered in walker blood. It was fooling most walkers, however one saw through him and went for Kenny. Before Kenny could so much as draw on the walker, an arrow went through its head.
Kenny looked upwards, and saw a man on the building. He was holding a crossbow. "Hey man! down here!" Kenny started yelling towards him. The man fled from the rooftop as Kenny realized that he alerted all of the walkers around him. They all started coming for him, so Kenny fled into the building he saw the man on.
As Kenny locked and barricaded the door, he looked around to find there was a corpse there. It had pistols, shotguns, and even a rifle. He had a vest on, specially made to clip on all the guns and hold them.
Kenny geared up, and ran for the stairs. About halfway through, he met up with the man on the rooftop, who was now pointing the crossbow at Kenny.
"Drop the weapons." He said in a harsh tone.
"Who the hell are you?" Kenny snapped back.
"Names Deryl, Now drop. the damn.. weapons!"
"I ain't droppin' shit"
"Be that way" Deryl prepared to shoot the arrow but Right then Kenny lunged at him. Deryl dropped the crossbow and pushed Kenny down the stairs.
Deryl ran down with his hunting knife, but Kenny had one of his two shotguns out now. Deryl put his hands in the air and sidestepped towards the barricaded door. With a blast from the shotgun, Deryl rolled towards Kenny, avoiding the shot. Before either of them even thought about attacking one another, the blast had broken the small barricade, and the walkers burst through.
"Oh shit, where do we go? Up?" Asked Kenny
As Kenny said thoe words, multiple doors could be heard being opened, and another horde of walkers were on their way down the stairs.
"Me and my fucking mouth" Kenny said, as he got out his shot gun and started blasting his way through the walkers. Deryl got out his revolver and helped him out.
Kenny, noticing the horde outside getting smaller as the horde inside got closer, pushed Deryl towards the horde. Deryl promptly flipped the first walker in front of him over himself, and shot the next one. He stabbed the second walker to his left, and turned around using his last three revolver bullets on the three walkers to his right. The horde, now small enough to push through, still went for him, but Deryl pointed the gun at Kenny, who was staring in awe at what he just saw.
Kenny snapped out of it, and ducked out of the way of Deryls arrow. It punctured the walker behind him in the head, as the horde from the inside was very close. Kenny took the arrow out and ran for the exit, using it as a melee weapon to kill the last few walkers outside. He was breathing heavy, but before he even had a moment to catch his breathe, he was kicked to the ground by Deryl, who promptly took off the vest Kenny was wearing.
"I'll leave you with the shotgun" Deryl said as he ripped off a long gun from the vest, and tossed it towards Kenny.
"The hell you will! I need those guns alot more than you! You showed that back there, and not to mention you have a crossbow, you can reuse these you son of a bitch!" Kenny threw the arrow back towards Deryl who promptly caught it and put it back in its quiver.
Deryl got up and went to his motorbike which he had parked in the alleyway, but not before barricading the door to the building where the walker horde was. He got on the motorbike, and drove away, Leaving Kenny there.
Unfortunately, in all the commotion, frustration, and carelessness, Deryl had given Kenny a rifle, not a shotgun, Kenny got up to his knees, and looked down the sight. He shot, but it only barely glazed Deryl's bike. Still, it was enough to throw him off balance and crash.
As Deryl stood up, moments after the crash, Kenny came up and kicked him in the knee and went towards the bike. He got the guns back, and this time, strapped the vest on. He had little time to celebrate, as Deryl had his revolver out, and reloaded, and began shooting at him. Kenny took cover behind an old pickup. When Deryl stopped to reload, Kenny snuck inside the pickup, and actually was lucky enough to find that it was abandoned by a survivor group not to long ago. The tires werent rotted, the gas tank was full, and best of all, the keys were in the ignition.
As the engine started up, Deryl noticed and began shooting at the truck, however in his panic, only a few bullets hit the windshield, one hit a light, and the rest missed completely. The truck came speeding toward him. He leaped out of the way as the truck drove off. Deryl went to his motorbike, which was still in good enough shape to move, and drove towards the truck Kenny was driving.
Kenny looked out the window o see Deryl with a gun pointed at him, as Deryl fired, Kenny ducked and avoided the bullet. Kenny also got out his gun and started firing at Deryl. Deryl swerved his bike around were Kenny was firing, only to look shocked when Kenny took out the shotgun. Deryl quickly grabbed the barel and lifted it up high, making the shotguns blast go above him. Before Kenny could make the next shot, he had to reload. However instead he had a different plan.
Kenny made sure the road ahead was clear, when he did, he leaned down out of Deryls sight. He opened up the passenger door just enough so he could put a pistol and his wrist out, He aimed down at Deryl who like ley couldnt avoid this hsot since it was now straight instead of having to be pointed at the ground. However, Kenny's hand got a horrible surprise when the angle of the door hit a walker. At the speed they were going in, the door slammed shut, right on Kenny's wrist. Kenny's hand got cut off completely. He swerved around aimlessly until pulling it together and kicking open the passenger side door completely.
The walker he hit earlier got caught in the open window frame and since the door had swung open, it was now reaching towards Deryl who could only try pushing it off. As Kenny finally fainted and pressed his nub into a tight area to prevent anymore blood loss, and Deryl was busy kicking the walker off of him. They both crashed into a port from earlier. They both laid unconscious for a long while. Kenny eventually got up, his nub had luckily stayed in the place he put it, stopping to much blood from escaping. However, Kenny was getting pale and weak. Unless he did something about the nub, he's be dead in the hour. He looked to the back of the truck, there was a medical kit, a lighter, some whiskey, and a hatchet.
Kenny got out of the wrecked truck, and looked to see Deryl still out of it. Kenny got the supplies out of the back seat, and then looked at the metal railing by the place they crashed. Kenny went over to it and sprinkled some of the whiskey onto the railing. He go out the lighter, and started breathing really heavy. Kenny looked at the railing, and lit it on fire.
"You can do this, it needs to be done" Kenny was scared shitless. Finally, he couldn't take it anymore. He shoved his nub onto the burning metal. He screamed and wailed in pain. He took it out, there was still alot of blood rushing out. He shoved it on again "Oh GOD!" He screamed louder, he finally took it out and saw the nub, it was now closed off due to the burning metal. Kenny just barely hanging on fainted once again.
When he woke up, he saw Deryl there, stealing the guns, the whiskey, everything. Kenny got up and Tackled Deryl to the ground. Deryl managed to push Kenny off and got out his pocket knife. Kenny, noticing what supplies Deryl did take, ran to the backseat of the truck again to find the medical kit, and the hatchet still there. He reached in quickly as Deryl threw his hunting knife at Kenny. Kenny ducked in time for it to miss him just barely. Deryl ran at Kenny who pulled out the hatchet.
"Stay back! At the very least let me patch this up!" Kenny demanding, showing Deryl his nub. Deryl calmed down and a little. He allowed Kenny to get out his medical pack and patch himself up. Kenny took a few deep breaths. After that was over, they heard maoning approaching them. Deryl got out his crossbow, ready to kill whatever it was coming toward them. However, even after two minutes, the moaing was still coming from the exact same place.
Kenny sighed, and explained. "Let me show you" Kenny lead him over to the Crawford barricade. "This is Crawford, and that's their children and elderly you're looking at."
Deryl stared in disbelief. Before either had the time to look at the nightmare, They heard more walkers coming near. They got ready, Kenny with his hatchet, Deryl with his crossbow. There were six of them. Deryl fired a shot at the first walker and as he reloaded, Kenny went in and started killing them with the hatchet. He uppercuted ones forhead, and then sliced at the next one. One grabbed hold of him, but he hit it in the head the blade. Deryl shot the one coming up from behind him, and Kenny got the last one. However, from Deryls view, it looked as if Kenny hadnt gotten him yet. He shot the arrow, and as Kenny moved it almost hit him in the head.
Kenny got pissed off, he thought that the two could resort to reason now, but unfortunately that didnt seem like the case anymore. He ran at Deryl, Hatchet in hand. Dery quickly pushed him off, dropping the vest full of supplies. Deryl punched Kenny in the face who got knocked down flat. Before Deryl could shoot him however, Kenny hit his shoulder with the hatchet. Deryl wailed in pain. And kicked Kenny in the face. Kenny dropped the hatchet and tripped Deryl over. As Deryl started getting up Kenny grabbed one of the pistols from the vest. Deryl had been disarmed, and when he reached for the crossbow Kenny kicked it out of the way. Deryl was out of revolver bullets. So he ran to his hunting knife he threw earlier. Kenny shot at him, but to no avail.
Deryl got his knife, but his arm he usually throws his knife with was no good any more, so he had no choice but to go kill kenny up close. Deryl got up, but stumbled down as Kenny's shot barely missed him. He ran at kenny with the knife in hand, right after picking up some cloth from the medical kit. Kenny shot at him left and right. Deryl narrowly avoided each shot. Just as Kenny ran out of bullets, Dery got close to him and plunged the knife toward him, Kenny avoided it and hit Deryl in the head with the handle of the pistol. Deryl didnt let up that easy, as he punched Kenny in the face multiple times, before picking up his hunting knife and attacking Kenny.
Before he could finish the job however, a walker stumbled upon him. Deryl fought it off, only to see a giant horde coming his way. He didnt have time to kill Kenny, so he fled into A building and planned to escape through the rooftop. It took a while to reach the top, when he finally reached the top, he took a look down to see that Kenny was not only not there, but ever single walker from the horde had its brains blown out. He took a closer look and saw that all the guns were thrown around and used.
A few minutes later, the door to the roof burst wide open. And there was Kenny, hatchet in his only free hand. Before Deryl could so much as react to this, Kenny tackled him. Deryl easily pushed him off and go out his hunting knife, Kenny went for a right swing, Deryl caught it and went for kenny's shoulder.
Kenny flipped around and put Deryl in a head lock with his one good arm.Deryl took his arm and unwrapped it from himself. Kenny tried and uppercut with the Hatchet, Deryl avoided it and punched Kenny in the face. Deryl threw his hunting knife at Kenny and it his him in the shoulder.
Finally, with Kenny Keeling over, Deryl got out the whiskey, the cloth and the lighter. He put together a Molotov Cocktail. He looked at Kenny with serious eyes as he threw the bottle toward him, Kenny, managed to react fast enough and caught the bottle after dropping the hatchet. He put his foot on the hatchet and slid it fast towards Deryl. Deryl jumped over it and landed on it, causing him to trip up. Kenny saw the oppurtunity and threw the cocktail at Deryl, It connected and burst into flames. Deryl was on fire, he desperately tried rolling and flailing, anything to put out the flames. He got up and as he did Kenny walked over and picked up the hatchet. Kenny put it into Deryls skull.
Kenny had barely survived that. But now, he had a full loadout of guns waiting for him, he just needed ammo. But that's not what he was thinking of. He just stared at the sky, laid down, and rested.

No, it wasn't. Its a bit boring having to always write the game character winning. Not saying I hate them, im just saying that its not very interesting if they always win. I really hope that the dislikes from GamingSquad and Cany0 are from the results, which I had no control over, and not the fights themselves. As much as Kenny should have died here (would have spared him his hand if he did) I still love the guy more than Deryl by long shot. I just hope that Domewings suggestion on a better voting scheme will resolve the dislike some people have for the series.

I think it was a graze, however, it is still a significant fleshwound. I said the same thing when someone was calling Kenny soft (another thread). I think he's probably as tough as an old boot - physically and mentally.
Either way, a hit like that wouldn't be that easy to recover from. However Kenny just says, "Yea, im getting old is all"
I forgot how BADASS he was. Given that he was able to literally WALK IT OFF immediately after has to count for something.
