Considering that there's probably not a whole lot of bandits left (about a dozen died in that attack, after all), it's probably stayed exactly as they left it. The walkers will linger a while, until the corpses are either eaten or rot, then they'll likely move on. If there are any bandits still around after that point, they'll probably swoop in, take anything that is useful (they did leave food and medicine behind), and just leave it be.
Personally I hope we get to revisit it in Season 2. It'd be a true blast from the past.
Just imagine, 300 or 400 days in, you see the motor inn, it looks like shit, but everything is the same, the balcony can be collapsed or not due to the Irene choice, skeletons of the bandits could be in some areas, the bells would be there if Doug was saved, Kenny's truck with a ax hole still in it, and maybe some weapons like the hunting rifles, maybe even Danny's gun, and the biggest kicker would be that camera that Jolene had, with the that scene of Clem drawing, Carley and Larry moving a sofa, Kenny doing stuff, Lee talking to Clem about her hat, if they did all that then everyone will have tears in there eyes.

Actually , that was Mark moving the sofa with Larry .
I remember, sorry, Carley was sitting down of the lawn chair, its been a little bit since I played the Walking Dead with Last of Us, Bioshock Infinite, 400 Days, COD zombies, but anyway that would be the biggest nostalgia bomb ever made.
I know, the nostalgia and feels would be so great.
If by great you mean soul-crushingly depressing.:(
I'd hate to see the motor inn just perfectly fine after everything Lee and co. went through to get the hell out of there.
Your right, it would be soul crushingly depressing, and the place would like pretty bad after 400 days, but maybe just enough to identify areas we used to walk around.
Forgot that to, just seeing Carleys body made me depressed and it makes me sick everytime I see that pic, not like I am wanting to see it everyday, so it only gets worse the higher you go up, dead Lee or even worse Walker Lee would be just the worst thing ever, walker Kenny, worst thing ever, I don't even know what would be worse, they are all really something I don't want to see but knowing Telltale I might have to see at least one of the two.
I got it, that picture that Clem was drawing with Duck, the cat that Ben thought was a dog, or her leaf rubbing, they are unlikely to be still around but you never know.
How sweet of you for posting those pics... anyway if they were to bring back the motor inn for a scene or two, they would have the potential to make it really sad and depressing, not that they would need it with all the soon to be dead people around us.
If we did find Lee's video diary, I'd hope it would have Doug's video diary if you saved Doug, because Lee gives the camcorder to him, if my memory is correct. I also hope it'd change depending on your relationships with more than just Lilly/Kenny... But then again, your relationship with literally everyone but Kenny, Lilly, and Ben is pretty much set.

Yeah, one of the bandits had one Groovitron in his pocket, and then he put it on.

...cause I'd probably be crying too.
Last words going through his head: "Oh wait, Clem's stil--" *BANG*

Wait, what was that about Carley?
lol nice
I know...:(
No one asked for your opinion, Charles!
(Also check out the "Let's start roleplaying" thread. What happens to him there is also your fault)
'scuse me, son? *holds shovel in ready-to-bash position*
Ah, nevermind. You're just a kid. Here, have some candy. Go eat it while looking around uncomfortably.
I hope we simply don't see it again.
You win this time, Chuck. But I'll be back...
