Doug easter egg in Ep.1

So I'm playing through the game right now and noticed that in the pharmacy where Doug is keeping watch, there is the cork board with random ad clippings. The camera pans to the bottom flyer "THE IT I.T. GUY" with a phone number with the last 4 digits being DOUG.

Did anyone else notice this? I am 99% sure it says Doug
