Lilly=Kenny?
Ok, this is gonna be somewhat controversial but I feel like this needs to be said: Kenny acts almost exactly like Lilly. First off, I'm sorry Team Kenny who hate Lilly and Team Lilly who hate Kenny so... PLEASE DON'T KILL ME. So, let's look at their similarities:
-Both of them hate Lee once he's disagreed with them;
-Both of them are willing to kill someone in their group for revenge;
-Both of them refuse to believe that their family will turn (Larry for Lilly, Duck for Kenny);
-Both of them want to be leaders when they're clearly not stable enough for the job;
-Both of them leave Lee to die if he disagrees on the Larry decision;
-Both of them directly kill one of the people in their group by damaging their brain;
-Both of them believe their family is extremely important;
-And lastly (very slight but kind of a funny little thing
), both of their names start with a consonant, then a vowel, then two same letters and ending with a "y".
-Both of them hate Lee once he's disagreed with them;

Lilly and Kenny have a lot of similarities, but Kenny is more mentally stable and won't betray you if you side with him.
Kenny and Lilly are as good and as bad as each other in most ways, though there are some details that sets them apart, of course.

THIS. Notice how they aren't the ONLY ones with names like that. LARRY. MOLLY. KENNY JR (granted it has Jr at the end, but still, mighty fine coincidence).
On the serious side, I think that was a bit intentional on the devs' part. The reason they don't get along so well is because they're so similar. Each thinks that THEY would be the better leader, and that THEIR family is the most important thing in the group.

Yeah I kind of agree with the OP said.
She still did better than Kenny when Kenny got his own way and they followed his plan they got everyone murdered...
Still better than staying at a motel and praying that bunch of rapists will put them out of their misery .
Lilly did actually tell everyone to leave the dairy so if people actually listened to her...
Also Lilly did save everyone in episode 3 from being executed by the bandits and if she didn't everyone could have died...
In short Lilly is actually a pretty good leader when there is mutual respect and trust or in an emergency and if Kenny didn't have some crazy obsession with Savannah and hadn't destroyed the group in episode 2...
They both did what they though was best even though most of the time they were both wrong...
This what I thought. If those two could have just gotten along, the group could have breezed right through the apocalypse. Then again, that wouldn't be as interesting.
