So let's say that when the bandits attack the Motor Inn , they kidnap Doug/Carley , Ben , Kenny and his family and they escape .
Lee wants to follow them but Lilly says that she suspected both Carley and Ben to be traitors , she says that it's better for them to die than screwing up the group including Clementine and says that Kenny will get what he deserves by watching his family getting killed by the bandits as payback for what he did to her dad . If you rescue Doug , she says that she suspected Ben to be a traitor and also says that it's pity that Doug got kidnapped aswell because his alarm helped the group and says that he will be in a better place ( AKA Heaven ) than living in this twisted world .
Lilly says that now they can work better as a small group of three ( Lee , Clementine and Lilly ) and find a new place where they can protect it better now without traitors and family killers .
So will you listen to Lilly and start as a new group of three and find a better place or disobey Lilly and rescue the group ?

Even Lilly wouldn't oppose rescuing a child, Doug and (maybe Katjja) really she isn't a complete villain who believes in vengeance in every form...

Clementine is there with Lee and Lilly because Lee protected her from the bandits while some of the bandits kidnapped Doug/Carley , Ben , Kenny , Katjaa and Duck .
Well Lilly is going to take care of Clem while Lee is going to save the group .
I'd go and save everyone. 'Cause if Lilly actually said that, then she can go to hell. My Lee wouldn't let his two best friends (Kenny and Carley) be held by those murderers, or anyone else for that matter.
