Telltale at E3?
I was wondering if you guys will be present at E3.
That wouldn't be particularly useful for us fans (since I think we always know almost everything that's going on, thanks to the direct link you've established with us ), but I'd like to see some mainstream attention on Telltale!!!! B-)

Will you be making any announcements / showing something we've not seen on the website to date?
This is great news, indeed! I am already drooling, wildly cavorting in unrestrained hype.

What a novel idea. It has a good beat, and you can dance to it.
EDIT: Err... this isn't the thread I meant to say that in. I got confused. In any case, you should still read your newsletter.
Ah that sucks. Ya'll should just hijack one.
It's definitely an interesting experience, in a tiring, sensory-overload kind of way. )
I liken the experience to someone opening a plane door at 15,000 feet and being jettisoned into what would appear to be an enormous beer commerical. 72hrs later you're spat back out onto the ground, tired, dehydrated and confused with nothing but glimpses of recollection, a bag full of t-shirts, some pens, and a squishy ball with some companies logo you've never even heard of.
I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that some sort of violation. At the very least it's an upheavel of natural order.
(Heather won't actually be there, which of course means I have to play twice as much Super Mario so she can live vicariously through me. )
and then you go to Disneyland. Or I do, anyway
*I mean, I will be playing upcoming video games on the Nintendo Wii video game console.
The DS line up was awsome last year so I'm kinda hoping they continue that along with the Wii stuff.
Hopefully there's not another Twilight Princess fiasco (even though I'm sure there will be). The booth I was at was in the same Hall as Nintendo and there were lines going back around the whole place.
I just waited until they were about to close down on Thursday and stood in line for *maybe* 15 minutes. Suckers!
It's a good thing I won't be there. Otherwise I might've hurt people while clawing my way to the front of the line in order to get some hands-on time with the Wii console!
Emily, you will have to spend twice as much time with the Wii too. Uhm. Console. If they give you a hard time, tell them you're using my slot and I have a giant laser with which to fry their heads if you are denied.
The first time I went 2 years ago was so exciting. Especially with the PSP debuting, I mostly just ran around grabbing freebies and taking the whole atmosphere in. I actually lost my pass near the end of the day, jumping up and down for a t-shirt.
Last year was a lot different. I played more game demos than getting free stuff. My friend and I spent most of our time playing DDR Mario Mix and watchin people play EyeToy Kinetic.
To go this year would have been awsome because the PS3 and Wii are playable. Also downloadable content for the PSP is available.
Despite all this, it has been fun watching the conferences live via Gamespot.com and getting all these game previews.
But the best part of this week so far has to be learning that I will finally see a game trailer for Sam & Max. One that will not be cancelled.

(I'm at E3 with some of the ttg guys. Traffic today was... unfun.)
If you haven't seen the latest blog, check it out. A very honest (and funny) look at the nightmare magic that is E3.
If you did already check it out, you might want to read it again... I just added a couple of pictures from the show floor.
Ah well, theres always tomorrow if I'm not stuck all day in the Wii line.
I have a feeling I may end up not getting a chance to try the stupid thing. Frickin' 6hr lines.
What a mistake! now i must have one of these posters!
Yeah, I'm giving up on it. The line this morning was around the Nintendo booth and then all the way across the west hall in the wide direction. I asked a guy just starting to get to the part that goes around the booth how long he'd been waiting and he said "About an hour and a half". And he was only 1/4 of the way through the line.
Did you ever manage to get in?
I lucked out and I have a few friends at Retro Studios and they took me in the short way.
Though once inside you still got to wait an hour per demo just to play for 5 minutes.
Totally worth it though.
