crashing in episode 205

The game ran fine all through the introduction, but now that I've arrived in hell I've started having frequent crashes. The crashes are total; the computer doesn't freeze or blue screen, it just shuts down completely and without warning. They only happen when I play Sam and Max, and I now can't run the game for longer than about a minute.

Any help? Please? The game is unplayable at the moment. My computer is an MV Mobeus laptop with an Intel M 1.70GHz processor and onboard Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics.

    Hmm, complete system crashing is never a good thing, and theoretically nothing the game (or any game) does should cause that. First, try the easy stuff, redownload/install the game and update your DirectX and drivers.
