Bonus Disk...

I don't have the "power" to pay the bonus shipment from the States to me. Would it be possible to make an offline version of it, for, say, 1-2-5 bucks exttra?

    Only if they do another Summer of Sam & Max site again, which is where you can see the bulk of the Season 1 DVD special features.
