The Telltale Store and years-old purchases

Hey.

I've visited the site for the first time in years. The new change with the lack of store raises a couple of questions.

  1. I'm sure someone's already answered this, but is getting a Skull Max t-shirt, a copy of Sam and Max: Highway Surfing, or any of the soundtracks not an option anymore?

  2. I bought the games years back, as they came out. Back then, you'd get a physical copy from buying from Telltale's store. I never asked for my physical copies, as I live pretty far away from San Francisco and can't afford it. Do I still get those physical copies (with the stuff they had) if I ask for them, or have I lost that option too?

    Hey Kroms.

    To answer your question, we are no longer offering physical goods to purchase through our store. This may be something that happens in the future but as of now it is a no. If you would like to purchase anything from us all you need to do is go to the Games tab up top, click it, and then click on the game you are interested in getting. From there every game page has a Buy Now or a buy button on its page which will add it to your cart.

    To answer your second question, you would need to contact our support team. To my knowledge we no longer have/carry physical copies, but I am sure we can work out something with digital versions of the games.

    Could you provide a way for me to contact the support team? I'm unsure if there's a special forum for it that's not loading (sorry; I'm on a construction site, and the internet is too slow for anything to properly load), or an email address? I just need to be sure, since...yeah, I really wanted those physical boxes. Sweet Steve Purcell cover art, and all that.

    And, yeah, I really hope they add physical items back to the store too. I miss seeing Surfing the Highway, the soundtrack CDs, and the boxed games for sale.

    The DVDs of the games were worth it for the cover art alone. :)
