Start over 400 Days?

I made some bad choices in 400 Days, and I'd like to start it all over from the beginning. I also played the characters in a weird order which caused the story to don't make much sense to me. I know there is the rewind option, is that what I should use if I want to start over to the picture wall of the characters?

    My way: I passed the five episodes and copied my save in emergency cell. After I completed 400 days again I am copying my saves from first playthrough of the game to the cell where the DLC already finished. So I got two cells with ep 5 saves, and I can play 400 days again, and again.
