I know few people didnt like her,me neither when I first saw her,lets have a look at her shall we?
Dee is married to Leland,and they seemed like an old couple.
Dee seemed like a person with Kind heart,in a ZA she sees high stranger in the woods and decited to help her,with her and her husband's help they are getting the stranger (Bonnie) back on track,thats why Dee seemd super offended from Bonnie and Leland's relashionship and from Bonnie calling her a bitch.
she also caring for her team,stealing supplies for them.

Who cares? She's dead. And her death was the most funny moment in this chapter.
Honestly she just a woman who loves her husband. Blame it on the Leland because he tried to seduce Bonnie, and this fact maked Dee really mad, it drove her crazy. I have neutral attitude to Dee, and I don't blame her, it's all Leland's fault. And that's why I told him the truth, I wanted to hurt him, very much. I'm glad that Roman shot him (if you tell Leland the truth).

I don't know I'd be a bitch too if my husband/wife was flirting around with some drug addict chick/dude we found and are bringing back to good health, and she isn't necessarily ignoring it or telling him its wrong.
Would leave ya with a feeling of betrayal on both their parts I would assume.
