What happened to my old games/receipts?

I just logged in to see the new website and noticed that in my games list there is stuff missing, I've bought the entire Sam and Max collction (season 1,2 and 3) but now it just says I only have the second season and if I click on the receipts there is nothing eventhough I've bought multiple things from the site.

Of course I still have my email receipts with the serial numbers and whatnot, so I'm wondering if there is a way to register them to my account here?

  • I'm wondering as well. I can't find the link to my installer for the Great Adventure Bundle 2010.

  • On this note, my Secret of Monkey Island purchase is nowhere to be seen on my games page nor are my Jurassic Park Deluxe edition special features. I can forgive the JP features, however I did pay you for the Monkey Island game and it's wrong to just cut my access because it's no longer something you sell or support.

  • I'm also missing some games, Puzzle Agent being one of them. There's no trace of my receipts. This is not okay.

  • Well, I am missing a lot of receipts, but now I seem to have extra games instead :)
I do not remember buying 'Episode 2', only Episode 1, but now I have 'Bone Download Bundle' listed in 'My Games'. No serial numbers though for any games I have purchased, and I can't find my code for 'Bone 1'!
And still it would be nice to have 'Bone' back in store - as well as all the goodies for 'Back to the Future' and other games. Are there any plans for further improvments of the site?? I liked the old one much more...

  • I liked the old site and store so much better too. Newer isn't always better.

    Update:
Now, that's odd: I can now play the games I did not buy here, like BttF episodes 2 to 5 (I do have them on Steam, but I don't think there is a way for Telltale launcher to know about that :) ) - but I can't play some game I did buy and own on the old site. Like 'Bone' and 'Strong Bad' - they use old launcher that does not link to my Telltale account but requests serial numbers instead, and I can't find them here any more!

  • Well I was told that the games are no longer available so if you don't have a copy tough luck. Looks like Telltale lost a customer.

  • Oh, I just logged in again, now that I finally have a good computer in UK, and realized that the adventure bundle is no more. It's a pity, because you know, digital downloads are supposed to be for this, when you move to another country and you want to play The Whispered World. Which is no more there, as I've never purchased it. Oh, good call, Telltale. Now I know you are not a reliable source.

So the copy I bought of Monkey Island Special Edition is now gone? Just like that?

In that case, can I please have a Steam key at least? ...Or my money back?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we no longer offer demos of our games through our website. The full game version of Strong Bad is available for purchase on Steam or through our website as well.

    You're welcome.
  • At risk of resurrecting an old topic, I noticed all of Jurassic Park in my profile, able to download (not complaining, of course), but — without any receipts — I can't find out why. I couldn't even find an email from TellTale telling my I bought JP, except for the demo, which is bowing up separately, unlike the BttF demo.
