Uh oh! error when trying to download

I just bought the walking dead 400 and registered on the website and verified my email account. When I click on the email link to download it.. I get an error saying

Uh oh!
Not Found

I am very disappointed.

    The game I purchased is the the walking dead game for $24.99. I understand that the 400 is DLC. I am unable to download the first game.

    The forum software changed recently, so it's possible that's a bug and the links sent in E-Mails don't work as expected.
    Have you tried going to the "My Games" section, by pressing the Alt text icon at the top of the page and selecting "My Games"?
