How to get a refund? Game crashes immediately.
TWD crashes at 0017a090 on startup. I've tried all the suggested fixes. Email support has gone quiet on me. Give me a refund and I'll move onto a game that at least lets me play.
You should know that random guesses about possible causes are not very productive. Just look up the darn crash address will you? This will give you the exact spot in the code where it is crashing. Or if you want to do this properly, collect a minidump via anonymous ftp, which will give you a callstack.
Also, when I bought the game it was all insecure http. WTH?
Just tell me how to get my refund.
