Walking Dead won't launch (Win 7)
My Steam version of The Walking Dead will not start. I purchased it during the Humble Bundle sale a while back, and it didn't start, and people said to wait for a patch. A few months have passed, and it still does not work. I'm really annoyed at this, and none of the other help forums I've found are useful. I have tried all compatibility, registry permisions, running as administrator, etc. The only thing that works is the Windows 98/ME compatability, and that crashes after 5 minutes or so.
I am currently running:
Lenovo Ideapady Y570 Laptop
Windows 7 (x64)
Intel i5-2410M CPU (2.30 GHz, 4 CPUs)
8 Gigs RAM
Nvidia GT555M (Optimus)
All my drivers are up to date.
I've tried most of the suggestions from other threads without success.
My firewall permissions and registry permissions are all enabled.
I've tried it without an internet connection.
I've unplugged my X-Box controller.
I've copied diinput8.dll into the game folder.
...I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have more suggestions on how to get this up and running again?

I managed to fix this by setting the "Run as Administrator" setting to apply to ALL USERS, which is odd considering I'm on the administrator account already.
