problems logging in

I have just downloaded the Back to the future game, and registered on this site, but the program
doesn´t read my password properly.
It says: Sorry, but it doesnt look like your own bttf episode1:its about time. Try logging in again under a different account or pick up the game.
I just think think the site is bugged or simply badly done.
Any hints?

    When did you buy the game?
    Is the game shown in your receipts on this site?

    Also, on some windows versions you have to right click the game icon and select "run as administrator".
