clem's house in the game, "the last of us?"

anyone else see clem's house in the game "the last of us?" its in the chapter: bill's town. just a coincidence? or was this intentional?

    After analyzing some videos it's pretty much similar to Clementine's house in TWD. The kitchen is right where it should be, so is the pool, the treehouse, the glassdoor. However, in The last of Us there is no porch, the shed is connected to the house, and there is no pool-cover. Other than that, looks very much like her house.

    The Last of Us = The Walking Dead 20 years later. It's would be great, but nope, it's just a coincidence.
